On the 20th January 2020, the Anti-Corruption Commission arrested a 35 years old male, Jason Iiyambo on corruption charges. It is alleged that Iiyambo attempted to bribe one of the investigating officers in the Fishrot case in exchange with the ATM cards so far obtained as evidence by the ACC in connection with the matter.
