On 11 March 2020, the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) arrested Mr. Titus Andreas, a former Manager for Ndonga Linena Irrigation Project on alleged corruption. It is alleged that Mr. Andreas embezzled AGRIBUSDEV funds currently standing at N$ 1 025 794.00. Mr. Andreas is charged with contravening of section 43 (1) of the Anti-Corruption Act, 2003 (Act No. 8 of 2003).
